Public steaming. From 4 to 8 guests

During the 3-hour session the sauna master conducts 4 steaming sessions. All guests, after being invited, enter the steam room together and... warm up, enjoy the aromas of herbs and steaming with a spa hand fan. Gradually, the temperature and humidity rise. This is done for the comfort of all guests, and to ensure that the warming up occurs gradually, without stress to the body. In between steaming sessions, guests can choose water treatments in the shower or outdoor cold plunge tub, breathe in the fresh forest air, enjoy the silence or drink herbal tea. During this time, the sauna master prepares the next aromatherapy steaming, ventilates and cleans the steam room and, of course, adds wood to the sauna stove🔥

Then he invites all the guests to the next steaming session and so on. Additionally, a group (contact) steaming with birch (oak/linden) whisks will be arranged for all guests. The final steaming session will take place to original music and it will conclude with an effective contrast procedure. You'll definitely enjoy it!

After steaming, those who are interested can relax on the hayloft  if the outside temperature is above +15°C.
Foam massage with brooms procedure. We make aromatic foam and perform a massage with foam-covered brooms.
