Gentleness and cleansing

The program with honey-salt procedure:

1. Ceremony of the first steam ~15 min. Getting ready for steaming.
2. Aromatherapy steaming ~15 min. In the steam room we breathe in different aromas.
3. Contrast procedure ~2 min. I pour water on you.
4. We take a rest and drink herbal tea with honey. We enjoy the view of the forest, breathe, relax.
5. Steaming with linden or oak whisks (“veniki”) ~15 min. 
6. Contrast procedure.
7. Resting.
8. A massage with linden whisks and honey ~15 min. You lay down and get warm.
9. Contrast procedure.
10. Aromatherapy steaming. Warm outdoor bath with grapefruit.
11. Resting and, if there is no rain or snow, you can use the swing.
