The coniferous bath program

1. Ceremony of the first steam ~15 min. Getting ready for steaming.
2. Aromatherapy steaming ~15 min. In the steam room we breathe in different aromas.
3. Contrast procedure ~2 min. 
4. We take a rest and drink herbal tea with honey. We enjoy the view of the forest, breathe, relax.
5. Steaming with oak or birch whisks (“veniki”) ~15 min. 
6. Contrast procedure.
7. Resting.
8. A massage with whisks ~15 min. You lay down and get warm.
9. Contrast procedure.
10. Resting and, if there is no rain or snow, you can use the swing. 

The last steaming is with whisks. It can be steamed fir or juniper and the steaming is done  gently.

After that the guest takes an outdoor warm bath with hydromassage, to which a natural

decoction of pine needles is added, based on the weight. We breathe in fresh air and tree needles,

enjoy the silence and the view of the forest.
